Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse the service/Product bokked to any person for any reason.
From customer/Visitor , User/Non user can cancel product/service booking within 48 Hrs after making payments.

You may unsubscribe from and cancel your membership at any time.

Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the Indian laws.

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any costs and fees other than solicitors/legal/attorney fees associated with the mediation will bear by you.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India Jurisdiction only. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

Refund policy

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

We allow you to reschedule your time (subject to availability of Tarot Reader). For Rescheduling you need to drop an email and our staff will suggest you next available slots. Only one Reschedule request per order will be entertained.
