What is Rhodonite ?

The rhodolite is actually a kind of magnesium aluminium silicate mineral that is part of the garnet family. Rhodonite comes in shades that vary from pale pink to deep red. It has a vitreous luster and is composed of other minerals such as calcite, iron, and magnesium. It has a triclinic crystal system and occurs in ores or as rounded crystals. Rhodonite means compassion and love.

It is known as a Stone of Inspiration, bringing the inspiration of love via the heart and mind. It helps one receive abundance on an emotional level, stimulating one’s sense of self-worth and alleviating feelings of inadequacy.
